I visited my husband's private room. I was happy to see he had a nice bathroom and lovely furniture storage space for his clothes. I met the nurse and she was very helpful. The person at the reception desk was very friendly.

The staff at The Gardens is friendly and attentive. The recent renovation has really brightened up the place. My father seems to have settled in and his spirits have improved during his first week there.

Life at the Gardens has opened up beautifully as this pandemic slows. The health and safety of the residents remains paramount. Visitations are scheduled indoors or outdoors to accommodate both residents and visitors. Residents are enjoying meals together and time outdoors as well as resuming daily activities. The "Family" atmosphere is back!

The facility is extremely clean and well maintained. The majority of the staff is proficient and caring. My dad has been made to feel cared for and respected. The food is not the best but overall it has been a positive experience. Except for one slightly cranky nurse (who seems a little burnt out) everyone else (who has directly cared for my dad) from Shantae the CNA to Marc and Willie, 2 of his therapists, has been outstanding, going above and beyond to be nurturing, helpful and incredibly kind.
