"Last Update" and 3 Things For You!

This will be our last update on the StartEngine platform, so please read carefully!  On advice of legal counsel we will no longer be posting here nor replying to questions on this platform but have made other arrangements so we can stay in touch.  We know that for a lot of our investors, you appreciate the ability to ask questions, stay up to date, and be engaged.  And we now have a plan to do just that going forward!

1. Knightscope Investors Page - we are in the process of updating www.knightscope.com/investors where we will continue to post Updates and also soon we will add a forum to the bottom of the page where you can post (appropriate) public comments and questions - and we will continue to be responsive to you!

2. Letter For You - you can read "A Letter to Our Investors" there as well!

3. The Knightscope Store- is now OPEN!  You can go to our website at www.knightscope.com and click the blue button on the lower left or just click here to shop!  Also, for being loyal fans, supporters and investors we've arranged for a special investor 10% discount code good through June 30, 2021. The code is INVEST10 and we'll be adding more and more items over time.  We hope you'll pick something up for yourself and a loved one - and help build the Knightscope brand nationwide.  Let's go!

Thank you all again for your vote of confidence and support.  We've got a massive amount of work ahead for us but because of you, we now have the fuel to push forward.  Onward!  πŸš€ πŸ€–

P.S. Also, don't forget to sign-up for the Knightscope monthly newsletter at the bottom of www.knightscope.com.

Thank You!  What's Next?

We want to thank everyone from Main Street to Wall Street and everywhere in between that came out in support of Knightscope's efforts to make the United States of America the safest country in the world - at a time when our Nation needs it most.  With literally thousands and thousands joining the mission - it's obvious we've struck a chord and we are on to something big!

So what do we do together moving forward now?  Here are 7 tips for you to ponder and think about while a few us on this end collapse, get some sleep and attempt to recover from a long campaign (i.e., we might be a little quiet for a couple of weeks but will be sure to keep you up to date moving forward)!

1. Long-Term Hold - whatever happens, keep your shares in Knightscope for the long-term in your trusty hands - our mission is multi-decade in nature and we'll need the ongoing support from our investors!

2. Clients - send a prospective client anywhere in the U.S. to www.knightscope.com/demo to get a private demonstration of the technology

3. Recruits - know a stellar candidate?  Send 'em over to www.knightscope.com/careers for them to apply online (which goes directly to the appropriate hiring manager)

4. Investors - if you have a friend, family, neighbor, co-worker, or someone in your network that might be interested in Knightscope, make sure they keep an eye on us for the future!

5.  Brand - by popular demand we will be opening the Knightscope Store online on our website during May 2021!  Make sure to wear the goodies you pick up and help build the brand across the country.  Tag us on social media if you are out and about with it on!

6. App - download the Knightscope Public Safety app from the Google or Apple stores and submit prospective locations that could use a Knightscope robot!

7. Social Media - follow us on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram and don't forget to sign up for our monthly newsletter at the bottom of www.knightscope.com

Thank you everyone for the continued support, for the existing investors investing again, and welcoming all our new investors.  Onward!

Thank You From the Train Station!

Hi Everyone, it's Bill.  Yes, the guy answering your questions almost 24/7, hosting town halls, sending a couple of emails here and there, forcing things to happen, and generally stirring up way too much trouble!

It's been a long six months - but we've made some great progress, welcomed thousands of awesome new investors, signed up numerous new clients, created dozens of new American jobs, put new crime fighting wins on the board, pulled in $10 million of new financing we announced earlier, and now we are over the $20 million mark for this offering.  πŸ˜…

Don't know about you but I'm absolutely exhausted and in need of some serious sleep. But before doing that I recorded a quick video here in Mountain View to just say THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart to all of you that made this all possible.

And for the thousands of followers that haven't yet invested, yes, the train is leaving the station. Don't get left behind! πŸ€– πŸš€

Knightscope Now Offering Financial Services

The announcement below will be going out on the wire this morning and we couldn't be more excited!  As you'll recall as part of this $25 million financing that closes tonight at 11:59pm PDT, we had noted in the Use of Proceeds section of the Offering Circular approximately $9 million of the funds were to be set aside for funding new machines-in-network.  This announcement effectively secures up to $10 million of financing for those same machines.  Onward!  πŸ€– πŸš€

Another Self-Storage Contract!

Another Self-Storage Contract!

Self-storage is a $40 billion market in the US with over 10% of all households renting one or more of the 49,000+ units available at an average cost of $1,069 per year.  Renters expect their stored goods to be protected and Knightscope is proud to be trusted with such a tremendous responsibility.  As previously seen with casinos, corporate campuses and healthcare, the announcement of our first storage facility in January 2021 helped to quickly secure our second sale in this vertical and we are optimistic that others will follow soon.

ANOTHER Deployment?!

Is anyone getting tired of hearing that Knightscope has deployed another robot at another Southern California casino?  WE'RE NOT!  This beautiful security robot received "white-glove" packaging and will be delivered to its new home this week.  It will be part of the initial guest experience as it patrols the grand lobby keeping everyone safe and happy as they prepare to hit the tables and slot machines.

One of the most important things for startups to do is "ship". We are literally doing that (with a fancy modular crate) changing the world one robot at a time.

What? You thought we just downloaded the A.I. robots from the cloud?! ☁️ πŸ€– πŸ€“

4 Days Left: A SIXPACK of Sales!

A SIXPACK of Sales!

As of this past week, there are 16 states and the District of Columbia that have legalized recreational use of cannabis, and 19 states that allow its use for medicinal purposes. Because the banking system does not yet fully support a business operating in this space, however, many cannabis retailers have large amounts of cash on hand.

According to the Wharton School of Business Public Policy Initiative, "in the absence of being banked, one in every two cannabis dispensaries were robbed or burglarized – with the average thief walking away with anywhere from $20,000 to $50,000 in a single theft."

One California cannabis cultivation distribution and retail organization signed a contract for SIX (6) K1s to be prominently featured at the main entrance of several of its facilities.  In addition to their roles in security, these K1s will be deployed equipped with Knightscope's new Elevated Body Temperature (EBT) detection feature to support California's commitment to curtailing the spread of COVID-19.
